Job of cleaning is no less white color job

Imagine a place full of garbage’s and dead bodies smell emitting. You will immediately call a sweeper. Your life in coming years will be exactly like this if we do not recognize the. They are the one who paves way to hygiene.  Cleaning homes is half done job.

Ask any parent: they will say my progeny will either be educated or more liberated family will allow playing or singing or may dance. But why do we forget this basic job. The answer is that sub consciously we all feel that this is not good for educated Indians.

Earlier if you believe sociologist they will tell you that our society was divided into four Verna: wherein the priests are Brahmins, the warriors are Kshatriya, the merchants are Vaishya, and the artisans are Shudras.

With the civilization growing the rigidity in this verna system become more prominent. Division on work soon transformed into division based on birth. Many social ethos and taboos got associated and now without any resistance we follow this system like dummy.

If logic and lateral thinking is reforming society why can’t we accept this change? You will generally see even the most educated society will automatically differentiate the work. Despite the gyaan ( Knowledge) given by schools or by religious gurus we fail to recognize their value and always undervalue them.

I have grown in family where mothers clean the rooms! This norm will have to be cleaned. Recognition and reward of this job have to be understood. We all have to eradicate this feeling of high and low in our life. If our body produces waste then its disposal has to be just one task. You discriminate both your hands!!

Last but not the least we should celebrate World Cleaning Day to encourage this profession.

Cleaning job should be highly paid job.

·           It should not be discriminatory job.

·         Mothers should take initiative to make our generations understand the fundamentals of cleaning

·           We should not hesitate in cleaning homes.

·          Advance techniques of cleaning should be brought in practice. 

·         Friendly and warmth to the cleaning professionals.

·         It’s just one another job after all there are so much energy being produced by these waste.

·         Teach a child not to demine others and best way to teach is to practice as “action speaks louder than word”.

Stealing/ kleptomania in Personality

We all try to fulfill l the dreams of our child. Many at times we stuff the kid’s room with toys and other means f comfort. It mostly results that your child does not understand the difference of need. Need is some thing one should realize early in life. After all there is limit to materialism. Child should be able to differentiate between emotion and money making machine.

Most of the times when both the parents are working them just in order to hide their own guilt over pamper their child. You will be surprised to know that child is very smart and they very soon develop the habit of black mailing. Never let them do that because baby is part of family.

There are few things you must keep in mind:

·         Baby need to acclimatize in the existing set of family.

·         They should understand meaning of NO without being too sensitive.

·         Child need to understand the value system of the family else he/she will soon be a loner.

·         Love can be shared without money transition. Like sitting together and watching his/her favorite programs.

·         Study together.

·         Normal appreciation of his/her efforts. And imitating same efforts.

·         Spend some time without TV or phone with your baby.

·         Clean his/her room in presence and ask baby to help you.

·         Assign some work as to realize baby is also contributing in family affairs.

·         Ask for water or cleaning shoes as to realize them that cleaning is not a bad job to do.

·         If you give pocket money do no forget to ask about his management. Also ask about savings.

·         Do not keep on telling that kids today are very smart other wise they will take you for granted.

There is always a process of learning and unlearning. These are my ideas which might help to bring family closer and will develop good family value.

Many at times when you do not stop on materialistic demands of your child he/she may develop habit of stealing. Along with stealing definitely he/she will develop habit o hiding also.In long term they may turn out to be kleptomaniac(habit of picking things from shop)  Do not panic or slap your child. Before doing that think about the cause. Parents should always be problem solver. Discipline in life is very important aspect.

In this kind of situation we start blaming child and friends but in most of the cases we our self are the root cause. Because" high feeling" after every shopping is because of the parents. Its always important to be balanced. Do not always say no to all demands. Its equally important for the kid to "demand"- this will help him develop communication skill and persuasive skill. And believe me its great fun to even see that. Child is very good presenter. Let them groom and develop this skill.

Another aspect of child care is trust. Do not loose trust in them. And if you trust them definitely they will try not to breach that trust as ts priceless for them.

Literature is always changing. This art form is integral part. It is gaining a lot of popularity in today’s writings. Firstly let’s understand humor: I am humorous. Will this make you laugh. No, because you have not experienced it. So satire and humor go hand in hand. Satirical works often contain "straight" humor, usually to give relief from what might otherwise be more like “preaching”.

The journey of history is too long being mentioned in pages. 

One thing we cannot get rid of is Renaissance. It is a cultural movement originated from 14^th century to 17th century which means rebirth. The term is also used more loosely to refer to the historical era, as a cultural movement, it encompassed a flowering of literature, science, art, religion, and as a cultural movement it impacted our society and gave new dimension to the art and living style of people. It brought humor on the interface. It is the period of transition from medieval to modern. Simple words it is phase of revival. It gave birth to many art forms and one of the art form is “Satire”. This fuses Satire and humor.

Gulliver travels of Jonnathen Swift are one of the must read books for all. It is a masterpiece of satire. Authors like Pope, Jonathan swift are master of this form.

Coming back to the writing form of satire:

·         At no point reader should loose humor.

·         Characters should be strong enough

·         Believable characters.

·         Situations can be hypothetical but incidents should have connect with the readers.

·         Readers do not indulge in the emotional aspect while reading rather their senses are active.

·         Readers should be critical.

·         Narration should be in first form.

·         Not advisable to have back and forth movement in writing.

·         Less use of flash back.

·         One should be aware of the facts else readers will not enjoy.

·         As a writer never undervalue your reader as he can understand.

·         Don’t get descriptive.

·         Reading between the lines is very important aspect.

·         Let your reader have space to form judgment so that they can enjoy your satire.

·         Current and updated topics should be the background.
